Terms of Sale and End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By proceeding with your purchase, you enter into a legally binding agreement with TheLaw4U (the "Licensor") and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. This agreement covers your use of the TheLaw4U website and its store pages, which are owned and operated exclusively by the Licensor. This agreement incorporates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for the personal or internal business use of the purchased Product. You are permitted to download, save, and print the Product as required for your personal records or the specific intended purpose of the document. However, you are strictly prohibited from selling, sub-licensing, renting, lending, or otherwise distributing the Product to any third party. This license is granted solely to you as the original purchaser; use by third parties or any commercial exploitation—such as using the Product to provide legal services for others or as part of a professional consultancy—is a breach of this agreement. All Product materials, website content, and legislative citations remain the exclusive intellectual property of TheLaw4U, and any unauthorised tampering with core legal wording or removal of copyright metadata will render your license for use null and void and may render the document invalid.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we distinguish between digital content and physical mail-order goods. For all digital downloads, by purchasing, you provide express consent for the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel is waived once access to the digital file has commenced. For physical mail-order products, you maintain a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the date of receipt, provided goods are returned unused and in original condition at your own expense. You acknowledge that TheLaw4U acts as a Document Supplier and Legal Consultant. The provision of these self-help toolkits does not constitute regulated legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client relationship. The Licensor does not perform "reserved legal activities" through the sale of these Products and merely supplies templates for your own completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheLaw4U shall not be liable for any damages resulting from incorrect execution, failure to seek independent legal advice, or the failure to update documents following major life changes or legislative shifts. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice; your continued use of the store or products constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. This license is effective until terminated, and your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any part of this agreement.
